Formation : Maîtrise en droit, Université Cardinal Stefan Wyszynski de Varsovie (2006); bourse « Bohdan Winiarski » du Centre Lauterpacht de droit international, Université de Cambridge (2009) ; doctorat en droit international, Université Cardinal Stefan Wyszynski de Varsovie (2014).

Expérience professionnelle : Département des affaires juridiques et des traités, Ministère des Affaires étrangères, Pologne : expert principal en droit international de la mer et en droit de l’environnement (2007-2014), directeur adjoint (conseiller juridique adjoint) (2014-2019), conseiller juridique et directeur (2019-2023) ; Vice-Président du Bureau de la Conférence intergouvernementale chargée d’élaborer un instrument international juridiquement contraignant se rapportant à la Convention des Nations Unies sur le droit de la mer et portant sur la conservation et l’utilisation durable de la biodiversité marine des zones ne relevant pas de la juridiction nationale (BBNJ) (2018-2023) ; chef de la délégation polonaise auprès des groupes de travail sur le droit international public de l’Union européenne  (COJUR ; 2019-2023) et sur le droit de la mer (COMAR ; 2007-2023) (président du Groupe en 2011) ; chef de la délégation polonaise auprès du Comité des conseillers juridiques sur le droit international public du Conseil de l’Europe (CAHDI) ; coprésident du Groupe de travail sur l’Antarctique du Comité polonais sur la politique polaire intergouvernementale.
