The Library

The Tribunal has a specialised library with a comprehensive collection on the law of the sea and related subjects such as maritime law, environmental law, ocean affairs, coastal management, international courts and tribunals, international organizations, dispute settlement, arbitration, and general issues of public international law.

The Library's facilities include a main library containing the monograph collection, a library annex containing the periodicals collection, and a reading room.

Access to the Library is available to external visitors by appointment only. Requests may be submitted to the library.

Bibliography 

The bibliography provides information on relevant, scholarly literature concerning the settlement of disputes with a particular focus on the law of the sea and the role and activities of the Tribunal.  The bibliography is updated quarterly and includes two parts.  Part I relates to publications of a general nature on the Tribunal; Part II relates to publications on the cases dealt with by the Tribunal.
