Born: Damour, Lebanon, 5 August 1936.

(19721978); Legal Adviser and Director of Research and Documentation Center, Ministry of Foreign Affairs (19781983 and 19941996); Ambassador to the German Democratic Republic (19831990); Ambassador to Colombia (19911994).
